 Verifying the transactions on daily basis and Maintain Journals,
ledgers and other supporting records
 Prepare & Maintain Journal entries & Review all daily
transactions are properly posted into respective accounts/ledgers
 Accurately and promptly processing documentation includes
Quotation, LPO, Delivery note, Debit note, Credit note, invoices,
Receipts & Payments etc
 Monitoring & controlling Cash & Cash equivalent transactions and
maintain liquidity
 Maintain of statistics on credit customers & Suppliers, Reconcile
all credit reviews, Review Age wise Analysis & fixing credit list
 Maintaining and recording monthly accruals, Prepaid, Differed,
Depreciation & Amortization, provisions and other adjustments on
monthly basis
 Maintain bank transactions, vendor payment & monthly inventory.
 Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
 Preparation of cheques for vendor payment and timely releasing
 Monthly bank as well as vendor account reconciliation
 Maintain appropriate fixed asset register, track movement and
disposal of assets
 Liaison with clients, auditors, Bankers & other associates
 Prepare, analyze, and distribute periodical financial statements
includes Trial balance, P&L, B/S, Cash Flows
 Letter of credit transactions from get the approval for LC and ends with repayment.
 Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
 Involved in import and export procedures
 Handled all kind of taxations like, Excise, Sales tax, Income tax etc.
 Arrive the costing of materials.
 Preparing audit schedules and working closely with the auditors to
ensure that auditing is completed in time
 Perform other responsibilities as assigned

 Complete work of Payroll maintaining including preparation of salary and over time calculations statement, SIF File Creation, validation and online File upload as per WPS System and preparation of Monthly salary slips.
