• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection checklists in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Description of Duties and responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with Construction Engineers, project manager, contractors, and subcontractors to address
and resolve any quality-related issues at project site.
• Daily Reporting QA/QC Head and co-ordination with all the disciplined QAQC Engineers of the project
• Conducting daily inspection of earthwork, formwork, rebar, concrete work, steel structure, grout work
and batching plants management.
• Inspecting Concrete structure works like Piling, Pile Caps, Mat Foundation, Columns, Footing
Foundation, Grade Beams, Drop Beams, Slabs, Precast Hollow core Slabs.
• Checking Lay out, Marking, Reinforcement, Formwork, Concrete Pouring, Sampling, Testing
(Field & Laboratory) & Curing.
• Finishing Works like Blocks work, Plastering, Installation of Gypsum dry wall, Painting, Waterproofing
work, Stone Cladding, Glass Cladding, Aluminum metal Cladding, Glass Curtain wall, Ceramics tiles
work, Granite, False Ceilings, Floor Toping, Carpet & all different types of Finishing works.

• Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP & method statements and reporting
deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.
• Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are
carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
• Coordination with contractors in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections & tests.
• Ensuring close-out of all snags / punch-points within the time frame agreed with the client.
• Ensure that all material received at project are complied with standards and specifications.
• Reviewing inspection & test reports from third party testing agency for completed inspections & tests.
• Ensuring all equipments, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that
