Description of Duties and responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with Construction Engineers, project manager, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve any quality-related issues at project site.
• Daily Reporting QA/QC Head and co-ordination with all the disciplined QAQC Engineers of the project
• Conducting daily inspection of earthwork, formwork, rebar, concrete work, steel structure, grout work and batching plants management.
• Inspecting Concrete structure works like Piling, Pile Caps, Mat Foundation, Columns, Footing Foundation, Grade Beams, Drop Beams, Slabs, Precast Hollow core Slabs.
• Checking Lay out, Marking, Reinforcement, Formwork, Concrete Pouring, Sampling, Testing (Field & Laboratory) & Curing.
• Finishing Works like Blocks work, Plastering, Installation of Gypsum dry wall, Painting, Waterproofing work, Stone Cladding, Glass Cladding, Aluminum metal Cladding, Glass Curtain wall, Ceramics tiles work, Granite, False Ceilings, Floor Toping, Carpet & all different types of Finishing works.
• Follow and Implement Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan and Method Statement.
• Maintains all the Codes, Standard & Procedure of the Projects.
