-Team Leader for a group of Engineers & Technicians
- Job Allocation, Performance evaluation & coordination of Team
- Troubleshooting, Routine check & calibrations of Critical Care Equipments
-Perform timely planned maintenance inspections of safety test on clinical equipments
- Perform repair & scheduled or corrective parts replacement necessary as a result of the preventive maintenance
-Provide expert advise in equipment purchase & budget preparation for hospital project execution
- Communicates with manufacturers and distributors about defects and frequent problems with medical devices.
-Perform safety test & acceptance of new equipments.
- Lead a group of Sales Executives & Service Engineers in the assigned region.
- Responsible for all sales & service activities of the Medical Equipments in the region.
- Maintain the Sales & Service Targets for the team
- Works within pre / After Sales, Support team for the achievement of customer satisfaction.
- Generate revenue by sales of AMC's & CMC's.
- Provide Product presentation & training to the end users.
- Prepared schedules for the preventive maintenance of entire products delivered in the region
-Provide On call Service support to the hospital Engineers for breakdown.
-Repair, Routine check & calibration of medical equipments
- Perform planned corrective & prerventive maintenance of all medical equipments in this hospital.
-communicate with manufacturer and distributers about defects and frequent problems with medical equipments
- Perform safety check and acceptence of new equipments
-Responsible for Service activities of entire medical equipment installed in the region
-Provide technical support for the customers, project executors and sales team
-Responsible for assembly, installation testing and commissioning of our products in the region
-Generate revenue by sales of AMC’s & CMC’s.
-Perform preventive maintenance of entire products installed in the region
-Provide product demonstration and training to the end user
- Provide Oncall Service support to the hospital Engineers.
