Designated as Project Architect for Qatar Foundation’s
Education City Projects (Mega Projects). Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
- Review the contractor’s progress. Monitor the work
performed, the material incorporated in the work, the
materials stored at the site and the contractors
manpower and equipment.
- Attend weekly, monthly and other progress meetings
held at the site.
- Identify constraints and recommend corrective
measures.
- Review and approve Contractor’s Shop Drawing
and Material transmittal.
- Review of pre-qualification documents submitted by
main Contractor for the sub-contract work activities.

Assistant Resident Engineer / Architect at KEO International Consultants

1.Provides technical direction and assisted field/site engineers in interpreting the design drawings.
2.Promotes EHS policies together with URS - Third party safety specialist.

6.Provide responses to contractor’s query raised thru RFI’s. Decides if RFI need to be sent to Design Architects. Recording & tracking all changes to IFC drawings.

8.Participates in bi-weekly progress & construction meetings. Organize & coordinate the weekly architectural meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
9.Monitor QA/QC and ensure that construction works are as per good standards.
10.Assisted the Resident Engineer on evaluation of variations and claims.
11.Coordinate with client and Design Architects on design discrepancy and change issues.
12.Encourage and promote zero punch list programs.
