In September 2017, following recognition of my progression, client management skills, and team leadership
I was promoted from Administrator to Property Supervisor in Better Homes’ Property Management Division.
This role has included:
• Managing a portfolio of 150 landlords and regularly sharing rental offers and advice for maximizing
their return on investment.
• Providing comparative market analysis reports and advice on market conditions.
• Ensuring my landlords are informed and updated promptly about viewings and property conditions,
as well as providing a weekly report.
• Advising landlords and obtain approvals on any property enhancements and maintenance works.

inspections in order to organize timely maintenance/renovations and oversee cleanliness of the
property.
• Preparing tenancy contract and documents for all leases, ensuring that they are signed by both the
tenant and landlord.
• Supervising and overseeing the work of property administrators and inspection coordinators.
• Ensuring government standards, requirements, rules, and regulations are met at all times.
• Regularly providing extra support and cover during colleagues’ sickness, holidays, and resignation.

Homes, where my prior customer care experience was recognized, and I was pleased to join their customer

across the residential, commercial, and property management divisions and handling their enquiries
and/or requests.
