• Make sure sufficient stocks are available in inventory and make sure all products are purchased from the US by Projecting stock levels and working closely with the selected supplier and managing the companies’ procurement activities.
• Responsible for Order Placement, Timing, Supply/Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment & Supplier Performance.
• Involved in selling off excess, damaged inventory and stock.
• Developing of specific plans to ensure revenue growth in the business.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction.
