Involved in EPC execution stage for a Petrochemical Plant and purchased equipment/materials efficiently from reliable vendors that meet technical and commercial requirements, deliver within the required schedule at fair and evaluated cost.
Responsibilities:
1.Prepares Purchasing Schedule by taking account the Engineering Required Date (ERD) and Construction Required Date (CRD).
2.Prepares inquiry package and inquire to potential vendors.
3.Updates purchasing status report and inquiry status report.
4.Negotiates and expedite the timely submission of vendor's proposal.
5.Coordinate with engineers regarding technical clarification and evaluation.
6.Prepares Commercial clarification to the inquired vendors.
7.Creates bid tabulation sheet for evaluation purposes.
8.Evaluates and recommends technically and commercially acceptable vendors.
9.Prepares Purchase Orders and arrange for vendor's acceptance.
10.Arrange payment endorsement for each related order and vendors against the content of the Purchase Order.
Procure the necessary requested materials and supplies with the best quality at the lowest possible cost for Commercial and Residential buildings. Locate and select sources of supplies for materials or services required through all possible means such as quotations, price records/history, or catalogues.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna, where I learned the fundamentals of engineering design, analysis, and management.
