• Substantiate applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests, Maintain complete confidentiality pertaining to all phone calls, visitors, work, mail, etc. which may pass through this position.
• Coordinate staffing/full cycle recruiting for all Sister companies: Submit personnel ads to all possible advertising and publicity sources, Screen and direct applicants, Coordinate pre-employment physicals and background checks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews. Assist management in recruiting and interviewing candidates for final selection.
• Process job orders as received for authorization.
• Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
• Ensure the completion of all required forms for all new employees.
• Provide payroll information to Employee Relations Department and coordinate with IT for Biometrics registration.
• Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Maintain recruiting and applicant statistics in database. Prepare reports as required. Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Participate with HR staff in performing monthly site visits to all locations.
• Liaise with Employee relations and Admin department for Visa/Work permit applications and getting required documents from the selected candidates.
• Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain and update internal and external job postings and ensure that the company website is updated regularly.
• Create new employee induction for the newly joined employees in the ERP.
Client-Servicing:
Handling the requirements in respect of the recruitment requirements from managerial & engineering positions to technicians level both technical and administration support.
Prepare Candidates’ information sheets and the interview schedules for the clients and candidates mobilization
Follow-up shortlisted candidates’ status to the client.
Assist clients in conducting requirement campaigns abroad and locally, if necessary.
Negotiate offer packages to finalize and draft the offer letter
Recruitment Process:
Classify and file CV’s according to set sequence to be cooled and filed properly.
Conduct regular search on database and internet through several Job sites.
Gather and enter all CV’s receives through any channel, and increase the company’s database.
Manage the daily external and regularly updated on the company’s website
Arrange candidates’ interviews, visa procedure, labor procedure, employment offer letter.
Liaise with recruitment abroad.
Evaluate and analyze the candidates’ CV’s and receive the Operation Director’s approval on submitting them to the client.
Handle the processing of short-listed candidates from getting the confirmation and checklist form.
Fill-up the daily scheduled requirements of globally competitive and qualified specialists, technical & non-technical candidates in the fields of oil & gas (onshore/ offshore), petrochemicals & multinational industrial sectors in Abu Dhabi.
Administrative and other Activities:
Provide the highest level of support and information of the recruitment process to the Operation Director.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the recruitment team leader.
Maintain an organized filing system related to each client and each project.
Job Related responsibilities.
Perform other related duties as required.
