* Demonstrate the ability to take direction and then use creativity and imagination to develop original creative art work
* Collaborate with product marketing, sales and industry experts to design and format print, web and social media materials and collateral pieces that promote and support the exhibition
* Manage the preparation and timely delivery of graphic and collateral materials for various departments and organizations
* Develop, manage and promote the use of brand guidelines (uniform colors, fonts, icons, page format, document organization, etc.) so all communications and websites present a uniform look and message.
* Coordinate with marketing team members to develop new communications materials aligned with marketing objectives
* Establish an effective presence on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Assists marketing team members in coordinating production of creative materials developed via outside agency, including supplemental graphics that tie in to themes that agencies develop
* Determine proper visual designs to build effective campaigns on multiple channels including, but not limited to, digital, direct mail, newspaper ads, social and email-marketing initiatives
* Maintain the practice area document library and archive all work documents so that they are accessible to and easily retrievable by any team members

I support customers, both with consumer and business accounts from the USA, by providing information about AT&T Uverse’s products and services. As a Technical Support Representative (TSR), assisting customers with inquiries about their bill and service related concerns is another aspect of my job. Role:
* Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution

symptoms;

* Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
* Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
* Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking
software;
* Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’
and clients’ business;
* Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
* Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when necessary;
* Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
