o Generated huge savings by implementing improved Recruitment & On boarding process and reduced wasted resources like NOT using agencies in hiring. Focused on LinkedIn Recruitment, Referrals, Taleo Recruitment, career fairs for Locals & other job portals like Bayt or Naukri or Gulf Talent.
o Developed a talent pool and pipeline of strong candidates for technical and non-technical position from entry level up to head of the department role whilst promoting a strong brand in the market place.
o Acted as the HR Business Partner / HR Generalist where I was the primary interface between HR and the business to provide consultative advice & coach to senior managers and assist them in achieving their business goals. A generalist role duty may include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, HR Operations, and compensation and benefits.
o Had a solid generalist experience and demonstrated the ability to network, to communicate and to build strong relationships and worked at a senior level.
