I am responsible for greeting and directing clients, answering and forwarding phone calls, and handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. I took pride in maintaining a clean and professional reception area, ensuring that clients felt welcome and valued from the moment they walked through the door.

One of my greatest strengths as a receptionist is my ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. I am skilled at managing multiple phone lines and appointments while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I am also comfortable using a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office.
