Construction Superintendent (PMT Position). The first 5 months managed the overall construction and small engineering activities for the near shore dredging works, the MEG onshore storage, pumping & loading facilities and onshore pipelines. Manage the shore pulling operation of 6” pipe. From December 2014 managing the pre-fabrication for extension decks, sub-marine bridges, risers clamps etc for the same Project. Moreover managing also the pre-commissioning (Flooding/Cleaning/Gauging) of the 6” line. Operating Authority Signature e-CPW for RLIC site. The demobilization of the site is ongoing.The contract is award by RASGAS while the EPC Contractor is Hyundai. Value of the Projet is USD 650 M.

Construction Engineer (PMT Position).Managing the construction (civil-mech-structural) and few engineering activities for the Early Works and for the Construction of the Utilities/Offsites/Temporary Facilities (slug catcher, cooling tower, pipe rack, storage tanks, flare, sea and cooling water lines, buildings, landscaping etc) for the LNG Trains 1 & 2. The contract is award by RASGAS while the EPC Contractors are CCT JV (Early Works) and JGC (LNG Trains). The value of the Project is USD 4bn.

Site preparation, piling works, foundations, concreting works, structural, mechanical and pipeline activities, HVAC installation, GRP pipe etc. Review civil drawings.Lifting and transportation material. Moreover supervising a Site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory. Issued of weekly & monthly reports. Approval of Method Statement. The JV Foster Wheeler and Worley Parsons is the EPC Contractor while ExxonMobil Chemical awards the contract.The value of the project is US $ 2.6 bn.

Civil / Structural Supervisor and QA/QC (PMT position) for the construction of 1300k MTA Ethylene Plant. The Project consist in a realization of ethylene facilities as furnaces, storage tanks, pipe racks (concrete & steel structure), water treatment area, buildings (substations, control room, main office, mosque, fire house, vehicle maintenance etc), roads, HVAC installation, landscaping etc. Review drawings. Weekly & monthly reports preparation. Monitoring Project QA/QC activities during the Construction Phase. Approval of Method Statement. Commented Vendor documentation. Civil Superintendent managing the construction of N. 3 LNG Tanks, each capacity 190.000 m3 and Process Area. The works includes site preparation, piling work (1.566 piles per tank), infrastructures, pipeline 12” and 18”, used prestressing and slipform technology, buildings (control room, sub-stations), QC inspection, concrete repairs, etc. The Joint Venture between Balfour Beatty / NCC was the Civil Contractor. LNG Grain awards the contract. Value $ 550 million.
