IT Support Specialist
•Manages administration activities in Active Directory (Creation, Deletion, Modification)
•Administrator of Lotus Notes Domino
•Create, modify, and delete email accounts, as well as granting of email access to managers and email accounts password reset.
•Grant users access to shared paths.
• Produce DumpSec and group Membership Reports
• Publishing Citrix Application.
•Troubleshoot, manage and maintain security and access privileges for systems IDs, directories, file systems and access groups.
Service Desk Support
•Enter tickets into Service Desk ticket tracking system.
•Diagnose and resolve level 1 problems in the areas of hardware, software, applications, and operating system.
•Process Priority 2 tickets.
•Keep users informed as to the status of open calls, per established procedures.
•Escalate complex problems to second level support as directed by process and clients.
•Serves as the extension body of the accounting department per district schools
•Responsible for validation of monthly liquidation report per school.
•Other ad hoc tasks include District school IT administrator and computer technician.
•Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
•Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more
Finished the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with 18 units in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. I am a Professional Teacher acknowledged by Philippine Regulation Commission.
