•Keep track of all the vacation, sick, personnel time for all employees.
Preparing Weekly Manpower Report on the basis of joining / releasing / transfer of the employees from the company.
•Data Updating and maintaining of Site Manpower details.
•Preparation of various reports as per the Project Manger
•Monthly attendance processing
•Formulation of Personnel and Administration Formats and it implementation
Preparation of Foreman wise strength report
•Responsible for supervision of P&A functions including Office Administration, Personnel activities
•Reviewed timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
•Computed total time worked by employees, using calculator and computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department.
•Located workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be designated Spotter.
•Provide administrative/secretarial support for the department/division such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
•Duties such as receiving telephone calls, word processing, receiving and directing visitors, filing and faxing are done.
•Administrative and office activities for multiple supervisors are performed.
•Trained and supervised to other support staff.
•Maintained and compiled the records of business transactions and office activities of establishment.
•Counted, received and paid out cash.
•Other duties like book keeping, purchase supplies and payroll are also done.
•Opened and routed incoming mail and prepared outgoing mail.
•Assisted and greeted visitors.
•Other duties are done as needed.
