•Computed total time worked by employees, using calculator and computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department.
•Located workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be designated Spotter.
•Provide administrative/secretarial support for the department/division such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
•Duties such as receiving telephone calls, word processing, receiving and directing visitors, filing and faxing are done.
