I have worked M/s DLF Services Ltd (Group of DLF universal which is most prestigious builder for constructing residential and commercial complexes and also operating facility management for maintaining building in NCR region) at Gurgaon for various complexes like Beverly Park - I & II (300 nos luxury apartments), Ridgewood (900 nos Apartments) & City centre (Commercial, shopping and Multiplex) for Facilities management.
To manage the operations of all building facilities efficiently;-
500 - 1200 KVA Diesel Generator Sets (Make -Cummins / Detroit Diesel engine) with AMF control;
1000 KVA Dry type cast resin Transformer (Voltas Make), 2000 KVA Oil type Transformer (Volt amps) and HT / LT Panels and AMF, PCC, MCC & Capacitor panels;
Fire Fighting system, encompassing Fire engine, Main Hydrant Pump, Main Sprinkler pump, Jockey pump;
