• Successfully developed complete import SOP (point of origin to point of sale) for the division to a reduction in cargo collection lead time, clearance of goods and delivery, which effectively saving on demurrage and faster availability of right merchandise on the retail floor.

• Developed processes and procedures for HRU shipments (Import/export), accurate record keeping system (parallel to J’Ali Free Zone recorders) and in house space management to utilize maximum available space.

• Ensure that ESD reports and claims are raised in a timely manner for final adjustment.
• Collecting and reviewing supply data from various sources, establishing documented systems, policies, desk manuals and procedures in warehousing and logistics to implementing better accounting controls.
• Resourcefully assisting Territory Planning and Warehouse Manager in various decisions making process such as stock allocation, reorder, distribution and other reports as required by Retail Operation Head, DGM and Corporate office.
