Responsibility includes entire operations of Transmed Food Portfolio such as 3PL, Distribution to Upper / Lower Trade; Vans Operations covering Petrol Stations, SSS & Groceries; managing various products i.e. chilled, ambient & frozen items, worth AED 27M; leading and managing 92 employees which includes Senior Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse Assistant, Drivers, Order Fillers, Helpers and Administration Staff; handling fleet strength of 21 vehicles & 16 vans and achieving inventory turnover of average AED 30M on monthly basis.
Monitoring & ensuring product quality and safety prior to its distribution to different outlets/stores.
Training and developing employees for increasing their skills, capabilities & motivating to enhance their performance to achieve high set targets.
Managing & Leading the delivery (Inbound & Outbound) of products to desired locations maintaining quality, service levels, productivity & effective execution.
Ensuring the maximum utilization of KPI such as vehicles utilization, delivery tracking & trend, budget, etc.
Conducting stock checking and reconciliation on half-yearly and yearly basis.
Coordinating with Dubai Municipality Food Control Section.

Utilizing SAP & PeopleSoft ERP Systems in recording system operations and inventory control.
