7. Estimating Provision for One year & above Invoices.
8. Preparing Manual receipts according to the Payment.

9. Generating the DCR on daily wise - POS wise / Sales Order.
10.AR- Related follow Up with Business units & Co Ordinate
with Bill collectors for Showroom collection/ Organizations/
MOH/ etc. on daily basis.
11 .Updating Bank balance on weekly basis in MIS.
12.Depositing Cash & Cheques Collected from Customers.
13.Preparing Monthly & Weekly Treasury Report to Management.
14. Preparing year end reports for Auditing purpose related to AR.
15.Preparing AR ECL Working for Audit Purpose.
16.Follow up for Promissory Note & LC settlement date.
17. Petty Cash Dealing.
18. Cash Withdrawal from Bank & Dispersal.
19. Preparing year end reports for Auditing purpose related to AR.
20. Preparing Receivables report, Sales Report, Collection Report to Management.
21 . Passing, Posting & Accounting all month end & year end closing activities.

22. Create AP Invoicing according with GRN
23. Supplier & Vendor payments according to Due dates
24.TT transfer
25. Handles vendor invoices or bills and records the short-term debts in the general ledger
26. Prepares checks, Wire, Online Reconciliation

D. GL Responsibilities
1 . Accounting & Reconcile intercompany Entries
2. Accounting LC charges, Bank Charges, Interest, Promissory note charges etc. to GL
3. Reconciliation of Banks, Debit cards & credit cards cash Ledger with Module
4. Passing necessary entries to GL based on requirement for closing procedures
5. Verifying & Accounting Promissory Notes Charges, BG, Interest Charges Etc.
