Producing ProjectWise Training Manuals and System Folder Manuals for all Users and also training the
staff on its implementation
Successfully completed the Handover Documentation as required by the Client, EMAAR, for the Burj Dubai
Boulevard Project on time, which included Operation & Maintenance Manuals, As Built Drawings,
Authority Approved Drawings (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense Approvals, Water and Power
Departments) and meeting the Milestone dates
Ensure consistency in the quality of Document Control services provided to Projects and for raising the
overall efficiency of the process through improvements of the systems in place
Maintaining electronic and hard copy registers for all project documents; letters, reports, minutes of
meeting, manuals, drawings, specifications and procedures, vendor specialist reports
Receiving, controlling, and updating the filing systems for project design drawings, calculations, data
sheets, technical specifications, manuals, procedures, Work Co-ordination Manual (WCM), incoming and
outgoing correspondence and other documents related to site activities. Ensure that they are correct and
latest revisions
Keeping quality records archive, filing & archiving of all project correspondence, documentation,
transmittals etc
Receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence, log & distributing to concerned personnel or department
Registers for various Project Documents such as Incoming Letters; Drawing Comments Sheets (DCS),
Design Information Requests (DIR), Works Notifications (WN), Inspection Request Forms (IRF), Contractor Drawing Submittals (DS), Material Submittals (MS), Method Statements (MSS) and other Registers as
deemed necessary
Efficient document management of the query and response system of the construction stage
RFI's (Request For Information) and its relevant follow-up
Proved the capability to carry out mega submittals like ‘issue for tender’ ‘issue for construction’ involving
thousands of drawings and documents in complete array and identification
Assisting Senior Managers (Four Seasons + W Hotel) in Mobilisation works by doing Indents, following up
with Suppliers / Procurement Dept., IT Dept., etc

Providing ProjectWise Training to AFC sub-contractor’s staff and arranging folders for their use.
Linking all Drawings and Technical Documents in ProjectWise ‘Set’ so that it can be easily identified as to
when it was distributed and under which Transmittal.
Liaising with Consultants / Contractors and training them so that they follow Project Procedures while
preparing their Drawings and other Project related Documents
Working to Company QA Procedures and ensuring that all Sub-Consultants and Sub-Contractors strictly
adhere to Project QA and Safety Standards
Prior to logging and distribution, reviews all internally generated project documents to ensure conformance
to established standards and procedures
Providing necessary training and assistance to other Document Controllers / Secretaries on the Project.
Issuing of Drawings and Technical Documents to sub-contractors for coordination of works.

required by the Client. Keeping a record of As-Built Drawings, copying and filing the As Builts in the style and format required by the Client. Coordinating with various Sub-contractors for required/outstanding information
and following up.
Setting up an Archiving System.
Occasionally assisting the Procurement Department in keeping records of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase
Orders. Procurement of Office Supplies such as Stationary / Kitchen Supplies / Cleaning Items.
Preparing Time Sheets of Site Office Staff.
