Responsibilities in Current Position
•Facilities Management:
•Supervising property on 120 acres with 13 colleges on the campus
•Heading a team of 410 members
•Maintaining, renovating and re-vamping of various buildings
•Managing transport and overseeing traffic control
•Looking after all housekeeping functions
•Organising and monitoring all functions related to hospitality
•Managing vendors and arranging timely and adequate procurement
•Overseeing all operations related to various hostels around the campus
•Training and developing existing and new employees

•Preparing and implementing SOPs
•Maintaining Organisational Quality Standardization
•Property Management:
•Involved in strategic planning and ensuring effective space utilisation
•Carrying out snagging of the building/project
•Maintaining and enhancing activities related to horticulture and beautification
•Project Management:
•Implementing and monitoring programs against strategic planning
•Imparting on-site training to all sub-teams
•Managing construction projects from start to finish
•Coordinating activities of design team, engineers and consultants

•Supervision of 20M Sqft. Multi-city properties with manpower strength of 1000+.
•People and Asset Management at all sites
•Tracking PPM Schedule, Preparation of weekly and monthly Management Analytical Reports

•Management of Massive Sub Vendor portfolio
