The Firm is mainly Chartered Accountancy Firm working in Audit, Tax Compliance and Advisory, Risk Management. The roles were mainly of Secretarial nature including but not limited to ROC Filing, Appointment of Auditors, Incorporation of New Company, Income Tax e-Filing, Meeting and minutes thereof, FEMA & RBI Approvals, Filing of Form FIRC & FC-TRS etc
Company Secretary Course is is world wide recognized as a Corporate Governance Course conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India, established by the Act of Indian Parliament.
