• Develop and maintain the PTW system in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards associated with the work activities. Develop and implement risk mitigation measures to minimize the likelihood of incidents or accidents. Coordinate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety, to ensure efective communication and collaboration in the permit process.
• Regularly monitor and audit PTW activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify areas for improvement, and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits issued, including details of the work, associated risks, control measures, and any incidents or near misses. Prepare reports as necessary for management and regulatory authorities.
• Continuously review and improve the PTW system and procedures to enhance eficiency, efectiveness, and safety performance.
• Ensure that all PTW activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Facilitate clear and efective communication between permit holders, work teams, supervisors, and management regarding permit requirements, changes, and safety issues.
• Develop comprehensive work plans that outline the sequence of tasks, resources required, estimated durations, and any special instructions or precautions.
• Identify and specify materials, equipment, tools, and consumables required for the work activities.
• Ensure that all work activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, codes, and industry best practices. Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
• Compile all necessary documentation required for the work activities, including work permits, technical specifications, drawings, procedures, safety instructions, and quality control plans.
• Develop detailed schedules for the execution of work activities, taking into account resource availability, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Oversee all activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, managing
resources, and ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and plans.
• Ensure that all work on the site complies with safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety
inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor the quality of work performed on-site to ensure that it meets project specifications, industry
standards, and client expectations. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of
construction.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within
the project schedule. Adjust work priorities as needed to meet deadlines and address delays.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency on the site.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, progress reports, work orders, and other
relevant documentation. Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and organized for future
reference.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects or deviations and implement corrective actions
as needed.
• Provide supervision and guidance to construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
Ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
• Analyze fabrication processes and workflows to optimize efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with production teams to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of
fabrication projects.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that fabricated components meet customer specifications
and quality standards. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to verify product quality and identify and
address any defects or non-conformities.
• Ensure that workers are properly trained in fabrication techniques, safety procedures, and quality
standards.
• Maintain accurate records of fabrication activities, including production reports, material usage, and quality
inspections.
• Review the approval documents about Inspection Test Plan of the project to ensure inspection shall be in
accordance with the required quality standard and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate with the QA/QC in all quality related aspects.
• Responsible for hydro test activities
