•Ensure scheduling and compliance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inputs.
•Develop work scopes and plans according to AMP / AMS and ensure feasibility with the operational programme.
•Ensure work package preparation and issue for all maintenance events including line & Base maintenance.
•Manage fleet of 21 VIP large aircrafts varying from Legacy 600/650, Bombardier CL604, Global Express XRS, Hawker 800XP, 850XP, 900XP & H4000.
•Coordinate as Point of Contact with various stake holders such including Stores and logistics, third party service centers, etc for all planned maintenance activities.
•Generate short & long term Maintenance Schedules as per aircraft utilization.
•Service Bulletins’ & Airworthiness Directives’ assessment, control and compliance.
•Record, Monitor & manage any Acceptable Deferred Defects (A.D.D) & Cabin Deferred Defects (CDD).
•Ensure the Maintenance Planning tracking system is updated and reflects current maintenance status of all aircrafts.
•Technical audit and verification of airworthiness compliance tasks audit.
•Review and audit all End of Lease (EOL) file which includes Airframe and Engines, Modifications, Airworthiness Directives, Planning, etc.
•Ensure work package archiving after maintenance completion in accordance with company policy, procedures and regulations.
•Chair Daily Maintenance Planning Meeting, attend Mod Committee meetings & Annual AMP review meetings.
•GCAA & EASA regulations knowledge.
•Manage and lead Maintenance Planning & Technical Records team.
• Work Package preparation for line and base maintenance inputs for
various aircrafts varying from B737-700/800, Global Express XRS,
Hawker 800XP/850XP/900XP, Legacy 600 & Dassault Falcon.
• Ensure spares/materials (BOM preparation), tooling and manpower
resource is available for the maintenance inputs and ensure optimum
utilization.
• Administration of Production Plan & Control section.
• Generate daily aircraft status production reports.
• Carry out Dock Controller role for Maintenance Checks ensuring
progressive closure of workpackage.
• Work progress report update based on actual work progress and
new findings during the maintenance check.
• Prepare SMI, CRS / log book statements and work reports for the
maintenance inputs.
• Technical work package review and closure.
• Carry out maintenance system updates.
• Archive technical work packages.
• Conversant with Aircraft Regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of customer billing / invoices for final review by Director
of Maintenance.
• Post-Project Cleanup.
• Maintaining 'Planning Chart' for confirmed and tentative maintenance
inputs.
• Coordinate with the various departments including Stores and
logistics, external vendors etc.
• Have knowledge and experience of Inventory procedures &
Purchasing function.
• Interpret / use of various aircraft documentations / manuals such as
Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue
(I.P.C.), MEL (Minimum Equipment List) etc.
• Well versed in use of various computerized maintenance programs
such as CAFAM, CAMP & CMP.
• Responsible for carrying out, routine daily checks, 50, 100 and 200 Hrs
inspections on Beechcraft 1900C I.A.W. Aircraft Maintenance Schedule
and Aircraft Maintenance Manual (A.M.M)
• Responsible for pre-loading parts as per the ‘Material List’ for the
maintenance checks.
• Versed in use of various aircraft manuals such as Aircraft Maintenance
Manual (A.M.M), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (I.P.C.), etc.
• Attended supervised practical work experience with Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company.
• Gained hands on experience on the Airbus A320-200, Airbus 340-300 and B767-300ER, Airframes and Systems, besides CFM56-5A/5C/CF6-80C2.
• Worked on APU Workshop, Wheel & Brakes Workshop, Engine Overhaul Workshop, Module Change Facility, N.D.T Facility, Electrical & Battery Workshop, Instrument Workshop and Customer Service.
