•Coordinate as Point of Contact with various stake holders such including Stores and logistics, third party service centers, etc for all planned maintenance activities.
•Generate short & long term Maintenance Schedules as per aircraft utilization.
•Service Bulletins’ & Airworthiness Directives’ assessment, control and compliance.
•Record, Monitor & manage any Acceptable Deferred Defects (A.D.D) & Cabin Deferred Defects (CDD).
•Ensure the Maintenance Planning tracking system is updated and reflects current maintenance status of all aircrafts.
•Technical audit and verification of airworthiness compliance tasks audit.
•Review and audit all End of Lease (EOL) file which includes Airframe and Engines, Modifications, Airworthiness Directives, Planning, etc.
•Ensure work package archiving after maintenance completion in accordance with company policy, procedures and regulations.
•Chair Daily Maintenance Planning Meeting, attend Mod Committee meetings & Annual AMP review meetings.
•GCAA & EASA regulations knowledge.
•Manage and lead Maintenance Planning & Technical Records team.
