Order to Cash Management:
1) Ensure all Key Account orders are received on time.
2) Make sure all orders are serviced accurately, in full and on time.
3) Ensure timely delivery and reduce order cancellations
4) Ensure order management process is according to the locally defined procedures that are in line with best practices.
5) Coordinate with other Customer Services in allocating stocks to Key Accounts in order to achieve the maximum fill rate.
6) Ensure that order cu-off times are adhered and that orders are passed on time to meet the required OBD time
7) Understand the customers' contact and order methods whilst promoting efficiency of tools to achieve error free data.
Maintaining master data regarding the customer, point of delivery, lead times, booking times, delivery windows or product portfolio (listing or exclusions).
Accessing information regarding service level and customer satisfaction levels.

8) Manage the Order to Cash Process and satisfy the Customers' inventory/stock requirements through accurate orders and On-time deliveries.
Monitoring the real-time status of the product and if the corresponding supporting documents (invoice, delivery receipt) are accomplished. Understanding system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order and taking corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow (e.g. refusals, credit related queries).
Optimizing orders where logistical efficiency is required such as attainment of logistics trade terms and picking requirements exist.
Using of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders or deliveries.

9). Plan allocations of SKUs for the different accounts and ensure that the allocation is maximized.

10). Cooperate with the Customer Service Business Development Specialist regarding continuous improvement of activities and Customer Service.
11). Optimum planning and satisfaction of customer’s demand or replenishment needs in the most cost effective way and required speed.

Claims, Returns & Refusals (CRR) Management:

1. Understand and influence the order and demand management process with objective of reducing errors causing customer dissatisfaction, refusal or return of goods.
2. Proactively monitor all stages of the CRR process to ensure accurate and timely processing of all queries and CRR requests, including authorization, data integrity, physical goods collection, quality controls and financial billing.
3. Promote integrity and timeliness of all master data and pricing accuracy.

Reporting and Root Cause Analysis:

1. Analyze number, value, frequency of claims, returns and refusals and deductions at required levels of granularity, including ageing of requests and open items.
2. Produce required reports on volume, value and trends to show progress in reducing error rate.
3. Promote and take advantage from reason code methodology, reporting and assigned resolution owners.

Related projects:

1. Proactively construct cross stream projects aimed at reducing level of claims, returns and refusals (e.g. warehouse layout, picking effectiveness, inventory accuracy, aging stock controls, vehicle loading methodology, monitors of transport performance...).

2. Advise, educate and coach teams on change management and ways of working to reduce error levels.
3. Liaise with corporate and/or cross market initiatives in reducing claims, returns and refusals such as market No Returns Policies.
