With reference to the above subject, I avail this opportunity to apply for the above mention position. Being actively involved in the field of Construction for last 19+ years where I have gained wide experience. This experience had benefited me professionally and broadened my creative and logical thinking. During this span I have been responsible for Design, Detailed Engineering, and Programming, coordination, Installation, T&C, Authority follow up and project handing over to Client.

Further I have been involved for the complete tender process for analyzing the contract documents, tender offered received from the subcontractor, Post tender query and clarification.

Experienced in dealing with Authority DEWA, Du/Etisalat, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Empower, DCA, for the approval of necessary drawings and required permit/NOC, etc.

My handled project includes Airports, Hotel, Stadium, multistory residential and Commercial building.
