Coordinating with system integrator, OEM's, Telecom vendor (ISP's) and on site team for improving up time and resolving operations issues. Escalating incidents and problem to concerned department. Planning for IT infra provisioning for new application in DC. Consulting with business team for troubleshooting problems, and provide solutions for the issues.
