Direct and coordinate junior engineers and CAD staff \[16 Persons\] to prepare/Review design/ construction documents including all structural calculation and drawing packages for infrastructure, concrete/steel structures for HABSHAN industrial facilities - GASCO Sulphur refinery plant project.
Prepare and organize LEED documentation for LEED certified buildings. Organize all internal management issues - scheduling of staff, deciding on key structural decisions, and chairing in-house meetings with client. Report to the Vice Chairman
