Working on a SWCC Feeder Water transmission system project for King Khalid Military City in Hafar Al Batin. The scope of this project is to construct 5 Steel Tanks on 3 locations ranging between 50, 000 m3, 35, 000 and 3, 000 m3 and connect all stations with 81.7 Km main pipeline and 4 Km with branch pipeline. There will be a Pump House at Hafar al Batin and facility buildings at each station including a Tap-Of point and Filling Station.
•Responsible for Project Baseline, Revised Schedule, and Recovery Plan review & approval
•Conduct and manage diferent types of meeting with site team, Contractor and Client
•Review and follow-up daily and weekly progress report and update to Client
•Review Contractor's monthly report and prepare Consultant report for Client
•Review and recommend change request for Variation Order and Extension of Time
•Manage and update client Web-based Power Bi application for progress Monitor & Control

Worked in a Project's supervision ofice of Water pipeline and reservoir project for National Water Company. Managed total of twelve projects, nine pipeline, one concrete tank, one steel tank and a pump station.
•Responsible for project baseline approval, its regular update and monitoring of project
•Follow-up with project controllers of all projects and prepare performance report.
•Regular update and follow-up with client, stakeholders and management.
•Review and evaluate extension of time, recovery plan
•Review and verify contractor's monthly invoices and generate payment certificate
•Review and evaluate contractor claims and advise client accordingly
•Assist client's project managers for monitoring, controlling and updating the project status in Water Ministry web-based project information and management system

Worked in PMO on multiple projects which include one part of projects for, Water abstraction from new well field, its networking, transfer to treatment plant and transportation of treated water to HPT with 60 KM of two parallel line. The other projects are receiving pumped water from HPT to diferent reservoir in Riyadh city and distribute it by diferent main transmission lines and branch lines.
•Assist management with planning/scheduling activities that support overall project requirements
•Provide planning and cost controlling support to all projects including monitoring milestones progress & monthly look-ahead

Assigned on a construction of new Potable steel water tank reservoir with the Capacity of 1 million m3 for the Riyadh City which includes, construction of 6 steel tank, control buildings, CP & SCADA system and 30 chambers, as overall in charge of project and reporting directly to Resident Engineer
•Acted as Dy. Resident Engineer of the project
•Assist Resident Engineer in establishing accurate and complete project progress, cost reporting and project controls deliverables.
•Assisted PMO in reviewing project baseline, monitoring and update progress regularly.
•Monitoring the planning and project controlling works for conformance defined procedure

•Supervise the shut-down of City Feeder (CF12) line and connection with Inlet & Outlet line

Construction of New Four Lane Roads (For Package -1, Road No. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9B and for Package-II, Road No. 2, 7, 9A, 10 & 11) including underpass, interchange, box culverts and bridges in Raipur new city development project.

Unirail consultants is a private organization which mostly involved in feasibility study, detailed project report, design and supervision of railway sites and its operation & maintenance work for private companies like JSW steel plant, Tata Power Project, NTPC Power Plant.

Rehabilitation & Up-gradation to four laning, of Jhansi-Lakhnadon Section on NH-26 from Km-261 to Km-297 (Pkg ADB-II/C-7), Project was to widening the NH26 from 2 lane to 4 which includes, box culverts, Pipe Culverts, Well foundation bridge construction, pre-stress flyover with pile foundation.
