• Preparation and updation of 5-Years shutdown plan for all plants in Dukhan Fields of QP.
• Supervising and guiding planners and planning technicians for shutdown planning and monitoring activities.
• Review, plan and prioritize the maintenance Orders in SAP in consultation with operation and maintenance.
• Review of maintenance strategy and maintenance plans.
• Capacity planning for technicians workload.
• Inventory management - Identification of spares, ordering and follow-up.
• Shutdown Planning for turnarounds
• Scope of Work and packages preparation
• Schedule in Primavera P3e
• Resources & manpower planning,
