Responsibilities as Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer
• Ensuring that all the rules and regulations of Health, safety & Environment Policy are included in all the shutdown packages.
• Preparation and updation of 5-Years shutdown plan for all plants in Dukhan Fields of QP.
• Supervising and guiding planners and planning technicians for shutdown planning and monitoring activities.
• Review, plan and prioritize the maintenance Orders in SAP in consultation with operation and maintenance.
• Review of maintenance strategy and maintenance plans.

Experience
Working as Maintenance Planning engineer for Petrochemical plants at Saudi European Petrochemical Company, a SABIC affiliate in Saudi Arabia. The company manufacturers Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) and Polypropylene (PP).
My job responsibilities are
· Work request processing and planning & scheduling all the activities.
· Preparation of Preventive, Condition Monitoring & lubrication Schedules for rotary equipment.
· Preparation of Weekly Job Schedules for routine maintenance jobs in consultation with operation and maintenance.
· Assessment of material requirement and availability for carrying out maintenance activities. Procurement of material for shortfalls.
· Shutdown Planning for turnaround and annual shutdown of various plants which includes microplanning, resources & manpower planning, critical spares planning, critical monitoring, exception report preparation, daily job list preparation & shutdown closing report preparation.
