Key Responsibility Areas:
 Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements viz. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Notes Forming part of Accounts and Schedules etc.

 Preparation of MIS report of the company as a whole and segment wise.

 Budget and budgetary functions including periodical review of Budgetary system and reporting variances and feed back with suggestions to Management
 Handling internal & external auditors in finalization of accounts
