Achievements:
Service revenue target achieved 105%, 107% against set benchmark for year 2007 and 2008. Salalah had topped in CS score for year 2007 amongst all the branches
Salalah branch was adjusted as best branch for 2007 2nd quarter.
• Heading the service department of Banashankari branch of M/s Bimal Auto Agency.
• Responsible for revenue and CS, and resolution of the customer concern of the branch unit.

OTE has exclusive PDI facility housing vehicle yard capacity of 4000 vehicles and it houses modern equipments like brake-slip machine, and noise and vibration test track
and my role demand that PDI of the vehicles from small hatchback to 45 seater bus are carried out and vehicles are delivered defect free round the clock for 6 years.
