Maintaining the accounting records timely in ERP (Epicor ) and handling the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of a/c and audit
Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Monitoring and keeping the track of all the bank operations of the company.
Opening letter of Guarantee (L/G), Performance Bond & Advance Payment Bond etc.
Checking the interest calculation and bank charges of all bank accounts and liaison with bank.
Preparing and reporting the daily bank status and Cash flow statement.
Planning and execution of various payments and telex transfers to all local and overseas suppliers.
Develop and maintain fixed asset accounting policies, including depreciation and capitalization.
Maintain the employee’s provisions such as Leave pay, End- service and Air Ticket etc.
Preparation of periodical financial reports for management such as Cash flow, Profit and Loss A/c, Income and expense statement etc.
Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy
Maintain all books of accounts up to date by using Tally
Prepare the monthly Vat return and Service Tax return independently.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, overtime calculation, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Reviewing, developing, analyzing, and modifying specific accounting procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
To assist the Charterd Accountant in auditing
Working as an external auditor in various firm and reporting the malpractice to concerned authorities
To preparing and finalising the various firms Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trail Balance and Receipt and Payment account.
To preparing the various firms Sales Tax return, Service Tax return etc.
Advanced study of Microsoft Office packages and Oracle based programmes
