• Laisaning work for project with electrical Authority MSEB.
• Operation and Maintenance of Batching Plants M1 (Make: S/Setter )
• Casting yard installation electrical side.
• implementation and monitoring - activities of site execution, planning, monitoring, scheduling, safely procedures, statutory compliance’s, site management & project execution, communication, and coordination with clients.
• Plans the Execution of all Electrical related works and coordinates with Mechanical and civil groups.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
• Maintained effective working relationships with contractors, vendors, outside agencies.
• Exercised cost control, monitored schedules, and investigated problems
• Installation of HT11KV Substation with 500 Kva Transformers, 600 A VCB Panel, 1000 A ACB Panel and 300 A PFI Panel & Electrical Laisaning work.
• Installation of LT Substation with 100 Kva Transformers.
• Maintenance of Batching Plants CP-30 & M1 (Make: S/Stetter).
• Complete Electrical Site Installation as per drawing
• Making Preventive Maintenance checklist for All Electrical equipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
• Provided technical support for system operations and maintenance
Maintenance of Generators range from 20Kva to600Kva.
•Maintenance of Sub Station 11KV, Transformers and switch gears.
•Operation & Maintenance of Batching plant M1 (Schwing Stetter)
•Maintenance of EOT Cranes 60T.
•500Kva DG Synchronization at crusher plant
