To provide leadership and direction to the Project Delivery Team ensuring timely and effective decision making.
Liaison with the Client and Project Stakeholders
Provide the point of contact with the client / Consultant / Main Contractor for the delivery of the Project services.
To coordinate an overall schedule of Site meetings
Ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery to clients
Preparation, management and implementation of the project schedule with particular emphasis on: Statutory Authority approvals, design reviews, efficient delivery of project milestones
Maintaining strong communication with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor of Project.
Oversee claims management
Preparation of and responsibility for performance measurement and cost reports and in particular the Monthly Project Review.
Review deliverables against the resource and project schedules to establish performance against spend and program to enable an accurate cost
To direct policy on the standard and quality of outputs Preparation of the overall project brief and project management plan to manage delivery and execution as per plan.
Ensure that contractual deliverables are produced to the quality standards required, issued on time and in compliance with the clients requirements
Monitoring quality of the work with respect to Project/Client requirements Reporting:
Chair and Issue meeting minutes of all formal project meetings with external and internal parties
Appointed to operate new dept. for ELV Projects and dealing with Consultant, Main Contractors, MEP / Sub Contractors.
Building a team for ELV Project and managing deadlines for deliverables
Handled entire Projects from Start to Handover
Managed and Handover Projects of Ministries and Enterprise accounts
Completed the Project before deadlines and managed to save cost to hike margins
Involved in bidding and proposed tenders, handled costing and submissions
Handled Team of account executives and Engineers.
Addressed client concerns and ensured timely and accurate resolutions
Maintained annual Project man power budgets
Delivered ongoing market analysis and assessment for range of products and Compliance.
Conducted timely C-Sat reviews with existing Project Owners.
