Managing the complete life cycle of the project starting from receiving the projects (Web site, CRM, E-
Commerce ), sending them in a workable format to the composition team, monitoring the execution and
ensuring that the end product is delivered in a timely manner with highest quality.
Interface & coordinate with customer on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects,
handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the project(s).
Ensure observance of set quality standards and monitory delivery as per project plan and the contractual
agreement.
Identify, resolve/isolate areas of obstructions to catalyze project delivery within defined time, quality &
cost parameters.
Coordinate significantly in technical aspects of the projects viz. requirement analysis, proposal, design and development, quality, and defects monitoring.
Ensure organization IT needs are understood and process improvement solutions are implemented.
Participate in employee yearly appraisal managing Onsite and Offshore team.
Create and maintain project Schedule estimates, dates, resources, and milestones
with information
and BDM Reporting to CEO
Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of ATM Electronics.
Manage IT retail soultion implemantation and Monitor the preformance.
Structure project proposals complete with details of activities, time frame, and required mix of resources
Define business mission and performance standards across all functional areas and periodically review
performance with deft application of concurrent management audit procedures.
Interface & coordinate with end user and made technical presentations & solution.
Furnishguidance on the projects and its requirements to the endusers over the technology, processes and
applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.
Ensure strict observance of set quality standards and monitory delivery as per project plan and the

Perform team building activities, improved productivity and reliability by implementing SDLC processes.
Ensure organisation ERP needs are understood/documented and process improvement solutions are
implemented.
Manage and oversee the implementation of IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.
