• As a senior area manager responsible for New store opening.
- Manage the opening process for new stores and renovation of existing locations in a manner consistent with standards and accordance with project timing.
- Review new store design pack & share feedback to the designers to ensure that the design meets as per the operational & brand standards.
- Plan the required manpower with the new store pipeline. Liaise with HR team for hiring requirements, conducting interviews, and selecting the right candidates.
- Manage to work with supply chain, distribution team, and facilities to plan order new store opening requirements.
- Sales acquisition - Involved in property strategies to select new sites to the defined channel, site study, sales forecast, agree and review all acquisitions.
- Plan and share new store opening activities with the marketing team, execute and make the opening remarkable and successful.

• As an assistant store manager handled various category Costa Coffee stores across Kuwait market (Costa Al kout mall - Fahaheel, Costa Al bidda - Argan complex, Costa Dar al shifa hospital - Hawally, Costa - Kuwait international airport departure store)
