• Inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Execute work at site as per drawings and specification.
• Perform site inspection, man-material management on site, completing job as per drawings, ensure project progress as per set time and budgets maintaining quality.
• Co-ordination with QA/QC Engineer and consultant for approvals.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan projects.
• Estimate quantities-cost of materials, equipment, or labour to determine project feasibility.
• Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at site.
• Inspect sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
