Targeting for BMS, Standalone Controls projects, Product sales (Chilled Water Valves, PICV’s, Controllers, Sensors, BTU’s, Cables etc.) with Key account, Existing and New Clients and Contractors who might benefit from company products and services in their projects and maximizing client potential in designated regions. Persuading Clients and Contractors that a product or service in a project best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. Sales pipeline forecasting, Demand generation and proper planning and execution ensuring maximum sales with targeted profit margins. Handling the sales process in projects such as Enquiry Registration, Pricing, Order processing, follow up, Negotiation and Maximization. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions with contractors. Meeting with Consultants to specify products and brands in their technical specifications to maximize project win rates. Liaising with Sales and Technical managers for the proper completion and execution of projects. Managing a team of Internal Sales Engineers, Sales Coordinators and Project. Providing Pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services in projects. Generating project leads, do value engineering and improve sales strategy. Proper Handing over to Engineering/Installation team with full technical documentation to smoothen the commissioning process. Coordination of Integration of third party systems with BMS. Preparing Weekly and Monthly Sales report to Divisional sales manager. Liaising with factory for production on time and with contractors for payment collection. Co-ordinate with Logistics for ensuring
Carrying out site and energy surveys. Apply ECM's (Energy Conservation Measures) on the connected facilities Find the best way to optimize the energy consumption in a facility. As per client requirement preparing BOQ for BMS or non-BMS buildings. Preparing technical requirement and supervision the subcontractor. Value engineering. Programming JACE controllers by Niagara Ax framework. Integrate with BMS's via several protocols (BACNet IP/MSTP, Modbus, Lon, Knx...). Develop different algorithms and logic to control the sequence of operation in a facility. Enhance HVAC systems and optimize its sequence of operation. Ensure that commissioning of RMS (Remote monitoring system) panel is done properly and connectivity is established from site to GCCC. Assisting a team of energy engineers in global command control center (GCCC). Preparing and reviewing technical reports. Conducting meetings with clients to clear any technical doubt. Coordinating/Supervising third party contractors and ensure that their scope of work is delivered.
Preparing equipment lists and I/O point lists according to the specification. Making BOQ as per the point list. Prepare single line diagrams/Schematics and system architecture. Selecting controller and I/O module, I/O terminal and field devices. Designing appropriate locations of IBCP controllers and panels. Providing technical/engineering support and supervision field related activities such as installation of all type of field devices, cabling, drawings, and modification. Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of HVAC and Lighting control system as per approved SOP. Coordination with MEP team to rectify identified fault, pending work and modification if required. Identify the number/skill resources necessary to control the project. Preparing weekly reports and documents like progress, completion of work and pending works. Attending Client and Project meetings. Reporting to the Project manager, General Manager and MEP managers. Carrying out and Attending the inspection with consultants and clients.
