- Targeting the sales for RAK Bank - SME products, and effectively apply my Relationship Management skills on medium to high turnover business; also visiting the customers periodically.
- Developing new relationships by actively marketing the bank’s liabilities and asset products..
- Collection and assimilate data from business customers to evaluate the financial requirements of the clients based on financial and non-financials based analysis and to process it through a team of credit analysts.
- Supervise Hiring & Training of customer relationship officers directly reporting to me & closely guiding and monitoring their monthly sales figures in order to determine if the overall goals of our team were met..
- Maximize fee generation through sale of Business Loans and Trade facilities to existing and new to bank business customers.
- Cross-selling other products of RAK Bank like credit cards, mortgage loans, payroll accounts, prepaid cards, and auto & personal loans.
Selected Accomplishments:
- Accountable as a Relationship Manager to around 200 accounts & presently handling the portfolio of over AED 170-200 million of the liabilities side of the Bank’s Book; CASA currently at AED 134 million.
- Booked the FDs of over AED 64 Million in a span of just two months in the year 2010.
- Ranked as Best Relationship Manager (1st Runners up) for the year 2010.
