Key responsibilities:
• Provide Business and IT management with guidance on IT risk assessment matters, particularly
on Application and Infrastructure security.
• Conduct IT audits and reviews of systems, applications and IT processes.
• Prepare and report results to executives and Audit committees. These includes;
IT Security audits (e.g Network, Operating systems and Data center), including evaluating if
security vulnerabilities are properly identified and mitigated.
• Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as Change
management and Information security to ensure that controls surrounding these procedures are
adequate.
• Finalizing audit report and review of closed findings
• Perform IT General controls reviews.
• Carry out audits in compliance to ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
• Carry out compliance reviews as per security procedures and client security specifications.
• Perform Vulnerability assessment on servers and network devices.
• Follow up with respective stakeholder to close NCs.
• Implementation of IT controls using the ISO 27001 & PCI DSS standard.
• Performing Vulnerability Assessment and Review Vulnerability closure.
• Firewall Benchmarking and Rule-Base review.
• Hardening of Networks and Operating system.
• Involved in implementation of Information Security and Cyber Security Awareness framework.
• Performing Network Architecture Reviews, Network Performance Reviews, Configuration Review (Network devices) and Infrastructure Security.
• Assisting in Network Architecture and Infrastructure Security projects by analyzing outputs, carrying out assessments and developing automated reports and documentations in a standard format.
• Installations, troubleshooting & Handling of all day to day calls on site.
• Configuring & Managing Microsoft Outlook 2000\2003 & 2007 at the Client end.
• Configuring print server for network printers. Installation of Printers, Scanners, Data Card & other Devices.
• Troubleshooting of problem Tickets using REMOTE DESKTOP, NET MEETING and VNC.
• Troubleshooting user problems & giving support on call basis on VISTA, XP & W2K.
• Maintaining tracker of the calls & submission of reports to higher authorities.
• Installing and configuring BLACKBERRY device on the Laptops. Coordinating with Regional Blackberry Team for creating Blackberry id for user on BES Server.
• Trouble shooting on Blackberry related issues & co-ordinate with vendors like Airtel & Vodafone etc.
