1) Ensuring 100% On time availability of material & services for new rollouts and for MRO/capacity upgrade for 1150 existing stores & 9 production units through efficient demand forecasting and MRP, optimum inventory levels and lean warehousing & logistics.

- Managed the overall tactical supply chain for the new manufacturing unit including indirect materials and services, Warehousing & Logistics and internal material flow leading to start of production runs exactly as scheduled
•Supported uptime for approx. 2200 Telecom towers by ensuring timely availability of planned/emergency material/services for MRO (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) and capacity up gradation.
•Achieved a saving of $ 2 Mil in an Electrical Load Up gradation Project through new supplier development & supplier rationalization, regional supplier consolidation and negotiations through cost benchmarking
