• Optimization of process flow in existing crushing & screening plants to achieve efficiencies, reduce operating costs & maximize output.

• Attempt to convince prospective clients such as Infrastructure development companies, aggregate producing & mining corporate and engineering houses of performance of offered Metso products.
• Develop projected increases in production or improved profitability from customer’s uses of proposed equipment.
• Draw up and propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations for the Customer
• Provide technical services to clients relating to use and operation of equipment.
• Reviews articles in trade publications to keep abreast of industry developments.
• Review specifications laid down for Infrastructure development projects viz Highway, Dams & Structure
• Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies and services
• Perform Competition Equipment analysis and update the sales team about differentiating features of Metso products
• Training to Sales Personnel & new joinees in Application, Service & After Market
Assists customers with product and applications training.
• Crushing & Screening equipment selection, flow sheet preparation & review process flow diagrams with usage of Bruno simulation software.
• Technical support for assigned projects of Crushing & Screening equipment/plant for Construction and Mining, CSR Segment.
• Interaction with sales team as well as customer to understand the requirement and accordingly prepare the process flow sheet.
• Technical assistance to the sales team through customer meetings/presentations.
• Product technical/process support in development new equipment/plant features.
• Problem analyzing in the field to provide timely solution.
• Technical training within organization and to customer personnel.
• Gathering and recording of equipment performance data for reference
• Develop new markets and application in conjunction with Sales Team.
• Feedback collection and sharing with concerned department for improvement of equipment and plant performance
• Handling the mineral processing equipment and plants including Hoppers, Screens (Wet & Dry), Hydro-cyclones, High rate Thickeners and Filter Press.
• Performing the hydro cyclone test work, Fraction analysis, Setting Test, Filtration Test etc. & generating database of these test work & analysis report before prior to equipment selection.
• Working as a Member of technical resources group and operation team on sample preparation, analyzing and consulting projects.
• Involvement in Project Commissioning & generation of Plant accuracy database.
• Conducting mineral processing circuit investigation and recovery improvement.
• Developing mineral databases on project requirements.
• Commissioning washery project along with generating the plant accuracy database.
• Iron ore washery operation at site as Site In-charge.
• Planning & implementing preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules along with the maintenance teams for improving the overall reliability and availability of plant equipment & machinery.
Completed 4 yrs full time Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering form one of the oldest & world known Engineering University.
