• knowledge transfer to customer optimization team through weekly sessions and presentations ( parameter change effect on related KPIs, features activation & general UMTS understanding )
• Handling Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) tasks for du project, Quality Test, disaster drill, …. Ect )

include: Frequency plan, Design of Sites, Network optimization, traffic
dimensioning studies for all Jordan and special indoor projects including
Repeaters
• Analysis the Network performance Statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover statistics,
Drop Statistics, their reasons and take necessary action.
• Drive test, trouble shooting and analysis by using TEMS Investigation.
• Identify the coverage, quality and capacity requirements for every
region/area combined with customer complaints & propose the required
solution to solve it by different means from adding new site, hardware
changes to changing radio parameters
• GSM site survey for A new sites
• Coordinate with BSS Group, Maintenance Team, Supervision
Team, Transmission Engineers, Negotiators, Site Engineers, and

solutions.
