Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and support of global network systems, which
comprises of MPLS & VPLS network, Routing, Switching, Wireless, ISE,
Check Point & FortiGate Firewalls, WAN Accelerator, F5 BIGIP(LTM/GTM)
& Radware Alteon load balancers, Global DNS(Ultradns).
Provide level 3 support for network services and requests.
Installation of network hardware and software.
Proactively monitor and ensure performance and availability.
Respond to critical network incidents and take ownership of
the tickets and work through to resolution.
Open problem ticket with device vendors and service
providers and ensure timely resolution.
Automate select network administration tasks through creation
and maintenance of scripts using Python.
Completed Projects:
• Lead onsite projects like new site implementation in Middle
East - integration with Data Center (S2S VPN configuration, Cisco
Anyconnect VPN, 2960-X switch, ASA-5506, Wireless network with LAPs).
• Configured 30+ sites for dual ISP link failover along with S2S VPN
towards DC with pre-empt functionality.
• Configured Cisco Anyconnect SSL for production site with
security features (like Domain validation/User restriction).
• Part of 2 member team which deployed Meraki SD-WAN
solution for set of 5 sites with full mesh/Hub-Spoke configuration.
• Part of 2 member team which Deployed Silver Peak SD-WAN
solution as POC for evaluation.
• Upgraded OS version of global ASA 5506-X firewalls from 9.6(4)3
to 9.8.(3)8.
• Part of the deployment team for Microsoft Azure migration -
completed migration of on-premises applications, infrastructure and
data using Azure Migrate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and support of network systems, which includes global
MPLS network, Switching, Wireless, ISE, Firewall, WAN Accelerator, F5
Load Balancer and Security infrastructure.
Implement and troubleshoot various routing protocols such us
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP; switching protocols like VLAN, VTP, Spanning Tree
and L3 redundancy protocols like HSRP, GLBP, VRRP.
Implement and troubleshoot VPN technologies like GRE Tunnel,
IPSEC and various WAN technologies.
Manage security solutions, including Cisco ASA, Cisco CWS,
Cisco Umbrella, Cisco FTD and Rapid7 Nexpose.
Implement and support wireless network design as per the
business need using Cisco WLC and Cisco WAP.
Identify opportunities to automate the network infrastructure
utilizing solutions like SDWAN (Silver Peak, Meraki) and automation tools
like Python.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of F5 GTM and LTM
infrastructure, support application delivery functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
First point of internal escalation for Cisco TAC analysts and
assist in post-sale technical support worldwide for customers of medium
to large scale networks for various Cisco IOS/IOS-XE routers, ASA, FTD,
L2/L3 Switches, Nexus Switches, UCS and WLC.
Act as an SME from a technical and process perspective and
assist IT analysts when they need SME support for any critical issues.
Ensure that the service level agreements for all categories of
tickets are met as per established standards / targets.
Be an escalation point for other TAC groups within the
organization.
Manage and own critical customer escalations. Facilitate, own
and document communication among customers, escalation, and
engineering.
Handling customer/end-user escalations effectively and
efficiently to ensure a timely, satisfactory solution is provided.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide post-sale technical support worldwide for customers of
medium to large scale networks for various Cisco IOS/IOS-XE routers,
ASA, FTD, L2/L3 Switches, Nexus Switches, UCS and WLC.
Troubleshoot various VPN technologies like IPSec, SSL VPN,
DMVPN, GRE over IPsec, Remote Access VPN Clients; Routing and
Switching.
Work with highly knowledgeable group of customers and
partners.
Troubleshoot complicated hardware and software issues,
replicate customer environments and network problems in the lab.
Be a customer advocate for timely resolution of the problems
reported, understand the environment/network and impact on
business.
Take ownership for problem resolution, problem reproduction
and escalation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
System Management - Installation, configuration,
maintenance, and support of PC hardware and operating systems
Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2.
Network Management - Maintaining and administering
computer networks and related computing environments including
systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Design of various tier site network using Cisco routers 2901,
Cisco switches 6509, 3750X, 4506, 2960.
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization,
throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
Design, development, support, maintenance and
implementation of organizational upgrading technical projects.
Identify areas for improvement of present software packages
of CRM and database management.
