JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Working on buyer objectives and developments, following-up with vendor on complete price, fabric information, and sample status.
• Costing of the product.
• Update buyer/merchant with the development recaps, photo sample & fit sample status.
• Working with the QA dept & vendors for a pre-production meeting.
• Upon order placement, start working on production tracking based on the time & action calendar confirmed by the vendor at the pre-production stage. This includes the complete follow-up & updating of the weekly status of fabric, trims, and PO from the buyer for all approval.
• Follow up with the vendor for the necessary fabric/garment testing
• Dispatching & tracking of packages.
• Dealing with fabricators & visiting their units (Embroidery, Hand Embroidery, Dyeing, Printing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery & still maintain high-quality standards INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE TO UK / HONG KONG / FRANCE / BELGIUM ( OVERSEAS WORK EXPERIENCE IN UK, Hong Kong and UAE ).
