 Management of Operation Fitness Certificate requirements, Obtaining NOC(Trakhees) by Providing compliance for EIA, Emission Monitoring, Third Party Inspections, Third Party Trainings, Management of Chemicals, OH Certificates & related. Preparation of NOC Inspection file with required documents and submitting to Trakhees on Yearly basis.
 Management of Dubai Civil Defense Fire Network system in all the plants, NOCs, FACP monitoring, Fire Pump management, Fire installation monitoring & maintenance.
 Conducting Risk Assessment at current facility and formulated 64 Risk Assessments for different Activities like Machine Operation, EOT and Tower Crane’s Operation, Welding and Gas Cutting, Saw Machine, grinding etc…
 Created and implemented Risk Management Tracker (RMT) for assessment of On-site Risks, Near miss, Unsafe Acts and conditions and reoccurring events with prompt follow-up of non-compliance for closer at work by creating a positive Competition among the Staff and Workmen to attain maximum Zonal Points and highlighting to Management.
