● Helping organizations to transform their strategies into reality in GCC, by selling and helping them to understand how they can use Hay Group HR solutions and tools.
● Work closely and consult with HR professionals (C-suite, directors, and managers) on their organizations Pay, Talent, and Employee engagement.
● Work with organizations on using talent solutions and linking them to tangible business outcomes using Hay Group in-house assessment tool - Talent Q that enable organizations to hire right people, increase engagement, identify career development plans, and help successors for future roles.
