Included Managed Capacity and Managed Services for Airtel
Projects and OnM contracts for Bsnl and Aircel across the JK and North Region
Includes domains of Design and Planning, Projects NROs, Network Optimisations, Operate and Manage and P&L of the circle
Managing Project Management Office for the Market Unit of Ericsson
Deployed the CPM@Ericsson and implementing the same across the MU. Drive the implementation of other Global Tools and Methods including SAP, Site Handlder and Primavera Based MORE
Monitoring Project Efficiencies across all 95 Projects across MU and enforcing corrective measures.
Defining new models of Project Rollouts across the NDI and SI projects
Managing the complete Project Rollouts of Maxis for the various Projects starting with Green Field rollout.
This included the MW Backbone passing through the highest Peer Panjal Range connecting the Valley to the
rest of Country.
Managed complete NRO rollouts and BTS sites including MSC, BSC, HLR for Bharti in Kashmir and also supported BSNL expansion NROs and warranty issues in the violent state.
Evaluation, procurement and erection of 24 head electronic carousel for filling of LPG.
Technical Evaluation of the 1400 MT Mounded LPG storage at Pampore.
Supervised independently the construction and Erection and commissioning of the 1400 MT Mounded storage.
Independently handled retail-marketing area incl. 15 kiosks & 23 LPG agencies.
Undertook Market Surveys in potential areas and Commissioned 5 new retail outlets and 8 new gas agencies including storage sheds.
Developed and augmented retail facilities including economic evaluation purchase requisition and supervision of construction activities.
